Our client had a requirement for a new filter can production line, in order to increase their throughput to meet increased sales Our engineers evaluated their requirements giving consideration to utilise existing equipment and building constrains.
POST ROTATOR
Our client required a powered post turner for the HS2 infrastructure. Part of the specification was for the turning process to be as near silent, as their operation was 24hr and neighboured residential housing.
The solution incorporated rubber belting and shock absorbing decelerators minimising any potential noise.
The system was inverter controlled giving the operator full control of the rotation speed of their process.
6000Kg GALVERNISING FRAME LIFTERS
To co-inside with the completion of a factory extension, our client required two pair of 6 ton frame lifters.The requirements of the project, was the systems should integrate with their existing cranage whilst minimising the impact on usable floor space. In order to meet this, cantilever arms were incorporated into the design.They system needed to accommodate products of differing sizes therefor having working height of 3.5 m. To achieve this the lifted where telescopic with guide rollers.

GALVERNISING DIPPING TANK AUTOMATIC SCREENS
Galvernise dipping is a hazardous process involving molten zinc @ 1200 deg.
Our client required a solution to protect personel working outside of the dipping
area whilst limiting the effect on process times.
YCS supplied and installed a system comprising of 3 off 14 m telescopic steel screens
per side, mounted onto guide rails, fixed onto two steel posts
